Ordering on WhatsApp or Telegram is convenient — until the pin is wrong and the OTP lands in a group chat. Thursday tip: treat AI chat orders with the same discipline as the app.
1. Start the bot the clean way
Open WhatsApp AI or Telegram AI, say hello, and log in when asked (OTP or password). Same unified account and wallet as the apps — don’t invent a second identity mid-order.
2. Confirm the drop like an adult
Even in chat, the address and pin have to be real. Estate wings, shop back doors, and “after the church” stories waste rider time. Fix it before payment.
3. Read the fare before you say yes
Transparent checkout still applies. If the number looks off, the pin is usually off. Adjust, then confirm.
4. Track in the same thread
Status updates in chat are a gift — only if notifications aren’t silenced for every app on earth. Leave alerts on until delivered.
5. OTP only at the door
Never paste the code into a family group “for whoever gets home first.” The person at the gate gives the code to the rider in front of them. QR scans deserve the same rule.
6. STOP when you want quiet
Compliance opt-out exists for a reason. Use STOP when you’re done chatting with the bot. Convenience shouldn’t mean spam.
Final tip
Chat commerce is still logistics. Good manners at the pin and the door make AI ordering feel premium instead of chaotic.
