Mover P2P (traveler & corridor logistics)

Not every package stays in one city. Mover supports same-city parcels and inter-city corridor shipping, matching verified travelers to routes with trust tiers and escrow payouts. Handoffs use native OTP and QR verification so both sides confirm delivery end to end — the kind of clarity shops and families actually need when something valuable is on the move.

Conversational AI bots (WhatsApp & Telegram)

Order where you already chat. Customers can log in with OTP or password, place orders, track live, rate trips, and opt out with STOP. Vendors can register stores, manage catalogs, and accept or reject orders in the same thread. Accounts and wallet balances stay unified across web, apps, and bots — backed by solid async messaging queues so a chat message doesn’t get lost when the network flickers.

Pull-to-refresh order boards with real-time in-app chat alerts keep kitchens and counters moving. Menu tools support Smart Meals tagging and busy/available toggles when the rush hits. COD holds on vendor payouts until rider cash is settled with the platform — so money and meals stay honest on both sides of the counter.
